Day one of my mindfulness challenge began tonight…June 20th…it was a stressful day at work trying to work out the newness of our new application we are required to use (with little training)…I wanted to scream at times…tonight I received the email and decided to start with the breathing exercise….in with the good…out with the bad…the system is what it is…I do the best I can with what they give me…it took longer…but I got the job done…I no longer feel the need to scream..the second exercise I chose was to do one thing at a time…I’m famous for starting something in one place…and then the squirrel in me moves me in a different direction…so I started with the dining room table…it was full of little projects that need my attention…I cleared the table of what I cannot do until I have the proper materials to complete the project…I didn’t allow any distraction until the table was clear…I stood back and enjoyed the view…lol…then it was on to doing dishes and cleaning the kitchen…it’ll be one room at a time from now on…not stopping until I’m satisfied with the room…it may seem trivial…but I’ve had something going on in each room at the same time and nothing was getting done…bedtime has always been my “do nothing” exercise…I can’t just lay down and go to sleep…so I just lean back and hear the silence…I clear my mind of the day’s irritations and I’m actually sleeping without leaving the TV on…something I haven’t done since 2010!

It’s very trouble-free to learn any topic on net as compared to textbooks,
as I found this paragraph around this web site.
